25 Drug Surrenderers Graduate from HOPE Project

On June 20, 2018, the Healing in Oneness and Policing through Education Rehabilitation and Wellness Program (H.O.P.E RWP) of PRO9 hailed 25 surrenderees from barangay Taluksangay as graduates. This said program was spearheaded by Zamboanga City Police Station 4 led by PCINSP. HAZEL A FERNANDEZ at Camp Eduardo Batalla, Cawa-cawa, JRt Lim Boulevard, Zamboanga City.

The activity was attended by the PCSUPT. EDWIN DE OCAMPO, DRDA, PSUPT. ALAN NAZARRO,ZCPO City Director, Hon. Hanna Nuño, councilor of barangay Taluksangay, Mr. Geronimo Bandico of TESA IX, doctors from the Psychiatry Department of ZCMC led by DR. Casto P. Hermino, Jr. , PCINSP. HELEN L GALVEZ, the focal person of H.O.P.E RWP, and other stakeholders and members of the Anti-Drug Abuse Council.

These 25 surrenderers are in addition to the overall number of graduates of the same progran (more than 9,000 surrenderers) throughout the Zamboanga Peninsula.
