The Police Regional Office 9 has extended financial and livelihood assistance to kidnap victims, as well as distributed school supplies to children in Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte. Police Chief Supt. Billy B Beltran, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 9 led the distribution of the financial aid and school supplies during his field visit to Zamboanga del Norte from March 21-22, 2018.

Uniformed Personnel of Police Regional Office 9 conducted Clean–Up Drive Activity at the River Bank of Barangay Mercedes, Zamboanga City on March 22, 2018. This is in support to the nationwide campaign Adopt-an-Estero/Water-body Program of Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to rehabilitate rivers and creeks in many parts of the country.
