Massive Super One-Time Big Time Operation Made in Zambo City

Zamboanga City - Elements of ZCPS 11 conducted a synchronized One-Time, Big Time operation at about 4:30 AM on March 30, 2016. Operating teams proceeded to their respective areas to execute search warrants in Baliwasan Seaside, Brgy. Sta. Catalina, Campo Islam, Baliwasan Grande and J. Johnston Street, San Jose Gusu. As a result of the operation, for Search Warrant No. 49-15-16, the team  neutralized “Ar Jayton” of J. Johnston Street, San Jose Gusu, for violation of RA 10591 (illegal possession of firearms and ammunitions).

Recovered from the area a black and red XR motorcycle with plate no. JH-1051, one white/black Honda Wave motorcycle 100cc with plate no. JH-2414, one red Honda motorcycle 125cc with plate no. 1255-QA, one skeleton motorcycle, one Black Widow caliber 22 magnum with five ammunitions seized from the suspect, and an Armscor caliber .45 pistol with serial no. 909756 loaded with six live ammunitions. Furthermore, another individual who jumped to a creek during the gunfight was arrested. Moreover, target person “Ar Jayton” later identified as Al-Jayton Mujairin figured in a gunfight against the operating units which resulted in his death along with his other companions identified as Al-Sharif Omar Uttoh Hairal and Sheehan Aranas Ampong.

Zamboanga City - Personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 1 (Vitali) conducted an operation at Sitio Tambunan, Tumitus, Zamboanga City at about 4:30 AM on March 30, 2016. This resulted in the arrest of Muhaimin Salasain Lali, resident of same place for violation of RA 10591 and RA 9165. This is by virtue of search Warrant No. 7-15-16 issued by Presiding Judge Peter V. Eisma of RTC Branch 15, this city dated March 30, 2016. Confiscated from him were ten small sachets of suspected shabu, several shabu paraphernalia, a cal .38 ammunition, and three cal .45 ammunitions. All confiscated items were subjected to laboratory and ballistic examination by RCLO9. The search and seizure was conducted in the presence of a barangay official. Suspect is temporarily detained at ZCPS 1 (Vitali) for proper disposition.

Zamboanga City - Elements of Zamboanga City Police Station 2 (Curuan) and members of RPSB9 served the following search warrants in Brgy. Lubigan, this city on March 30, 2016 at about 5:00 AM:

1. SW No. 39-2016 against Junnie Hairin for violation of RA 9165 issued by Presiding Judge Eric D. Elumba of RTC Branch 13, 9th Judicial Region

2. SW No. 38-15-16 against Said Rajid for violation of RA 10591 issued by Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 15, 9th Judicial Region

3. SW No. 38-15-16 against Jhomar Danny for violation of RA 10591 issued by Presiding Judge Peter V. Eisma of RTC Branch 15, 9th Judicial Region

4. SW No. 39-15-16 against Edwardo Rojas for violation of RA 10591 issued by Presiding Judge Peter V. Eisma of RTC Branch 15, 9th Judicial Region

5. SW No. 56-15-16 against Suhaili Sangkula for violation of RA 10591 issued by Presiding Judge Peter V. Eisma of RTC Branch 15, 9th Judicial Region

The said operation resulted in the arrest of a certain Idon Rajid, 33, Rasid Idon Rajid, 25, Kineg Absara Sabaani, 19, who were that time at the house of Said Rajid during the service of search warrant. Three marble guns (boga) were recovered at said house. Suhaili Sangkula was arrested during the raid which led to the recovery an Armscor caliber .45 pistol with serial number 935616 loaded with five rounds of ammunition, and a 1911 caliber .45 pistol with serial number 2513954 loaded with five rounds of ammunition. Subject Junnie Hairin eluded arrest upon sensing the arrival of the raiding team, but the team recovered from his house a medium-size sachet of suspected shabu. Target personalities Jomar Danny and Edwardo Rojas were not at their corresponding houses during the service of search warrant. Confiscated firearms and suspected shabu were turned-over to RCLO9 for examination. Suspects are temporarily detained at ZCPS 2 (Curuan) for proper disposition.

Zamboanga City - Personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 3 (Sangali) recovered five packs of 2x3 empty transparent plastic sachets, several shabu paraphernalia, one small sachet with shabu residue, and one slot machine at the residence of Teks Hashim in Sitio Kalang, Brgy. Sangali, this city on March 30, 2016 at about 5:30 AM. Investigation disclosed that a search warrant dated March 22, 2016 was served at the residence of the subject as issued by Presiding Judge Eric D. Elumba of RTC Branch 13, 9th Judicial Region. The occupant of said house already escaped before the elements of said station arrived in the area. The search was conducted with the officials of Brgy. Sangali, serving as witnesses. Meanwhile, same team apprehended  alias “Al”, 17, resident of Sitio Kalang, Barangay Sangali at about 5:35 AM for violation of RA 9165. Investigation disclosed that at around 4:00 AM on March 30, 2016, elements of said station arrived in Sitio Kalang to serve a search warrant at the residence of Teks Hashim. A male individual was seen walking from the direction of said house. When the operating team approached the said person, they discovered that the minor was holding a match box containing two small sachets of suspected shabu. Recovered from him were a pink plastic container containing five sachets of suspected shabu, and various drug paraphernalia. Suspect is temporarily detained at ZCPS 3 (Sangali) for proper disposition.

Zamboanga City - Personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 3 (Sangali) and Alpha Company of 21st IB Philippine Army implemented a search warrant at the residence of Nur Sariul Asmajin at Sitio Seaside, Barangay Sangali, this city on March 30, 2016 at about 4:30 AM. Said warrant was issued by Presiding Judge Eric D. Elumba of RTC Branch 13, 9th Judicial Region dated March 22, 2016 for violation R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). The search was conducted in the presence of an official of Brgy. Sangali who stood as witness.

Zamboanga City - Combined elements of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 (Culianan), SWAT-ZCPSC and RID 9 simultaneously implemented search warrants in three different locations. The first search warrant with no. 13-15-16 for violation of R.A. 10591 issued by Presiding Judge Peter V Eisma of RTC Branch 15 was served at the house of Hadji Aman Sahih in Sitio Gapuh, Barangay Talabaan. The search team was able to confiscate a caliber .45 pistol with serial number BBO 1933, three caliber .45 pistol magazines, one extended caliber .45 pistol magazine, thirty rounds of cal .45 ammunition. At about 4:30 AM on March 30, 2016, a second search warrant with SW No. 2015-45 for violation of R.A. 10951 issued by Judge Gregorio dela Peña of RTC Branch 12 was served at the house of Peter Ramos in Zone 5, Barangay Mercedes. During their search, the team confiscated a Smith and Wesson cal .38 revolver with defaced serial number with two rounds of ammunition. At about 4:45 AM on March 30, 2016, a third search warrant with no. 14-15-16 for violation of RA 10591 issued by Presiding Judge Eric Elumba of RTC Branch 13 and Presiding Judge Peter V Eisma of RTC Branch 15 Zamboanga City was served at the house of Abner A Halil in Star Apple Drive, Brgy. Baliwasan, this city. The searching team seized two cal .45 pistols with serial numbers 223859 and 16529, five caliber .45 magazines, fifty-two rounds of cal .45 ammunition, six medium-size sachets of shabu, one small sachet of same substance, and drug paraphernalia. The operations were executed without any untoward incident and witnessed by Kagawad Noel Arquiza of Barangay Mercedes, Kagawad Peter Ramos of Barangay Talabaan, Chairman Marxander Jaime N. Cabato of Barangay Baliwasan, and media practitioners Dan Toribio and Elena Eugenio. The confiscated items and the three arrested suspects were turned-over to the issuing court.

Zamboanga City - Personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 5 (Divisoria) and Special Investigation Unit (SIU) implemented a search warrant at residence of Pilardo Manicap in Sitio Tala, Boalan-Lumbangan boundary on March 30, 2016 at about 3:39 AM. This resulted in the confiscation of three sachets of suspected shabu, a hand grenade, two marble guns locally known as boga, a cellular phone, and several illegal drug paraphernalia. Furthermore, Pilardo Arcillas Manicap a.k.a. Pilardo Agustin Manicap, 39, was subsequently arrested along with other personalities identified as “Robin”, 17, and Reybert Galvez Manicap, 19, both residents of same place. Said search warrants were issued by Presiding Judge Peter V. Eisma and Presiding Judge Eric D. Elumba of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, this city dated March 22, 2016 for violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591. On the other hand, a man named Rodel Del Rosario Manicap, 28, resident of same place was invited by ZCPS5 for questioning.

At around 4:55 AM, the team proceeded to Cabesa Moro, Lunzuran-Boundary Putik, and served a search warrant to Joseph Falcasantos Pulat, 34, resident of same place. This resulted in his arrest and the confiscation of two sachets of suspected shabu, a cal .38 revolver with three rounds of ammo, three cellular phones and several illegal drug paraphernalia. The search warrant was also issued by same court dated March 29, 2016 for violation of R.A. 10591.

At around 5:55 AM of same date, another search warrant was served at the house of Albert Bernardo Barredo, resident of Justina Village, Barangay Putik, which resulted in the confiscation of two sachets of suspected shabu, two plastic bags containing suspected marijuana, four cellular phones, two airguns, and several illegal drug paraphernalia. Said search warrant was issued by Presiding Judge Gregorio Dela Pena III of Branch 12, Regional Trial Court dated March 29, 2016 for violation of RA 10591.

At Callejon, Barangay Guiwan, a search warrant was served at around 6:40 AM of same date at the house of Roderick Dela Cruz Candido, 32. This led to the seizure of three sachets of suspected shabu, one caliber .38 revolver with six live ammunitions, and several illegal drug paraphernalia. The search warrant was issued by Judge Gregorio Dela Pena III dated march 22, 2016, and another one dated March 29, 2016 for violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591. A certain Noel Dela Cruz Candido was also arrested during the said police action.

A man identified as Wayne Ryan Farofaldane Luceno, 31, was arrested in Morning Glory, Barangay Putik, Zamboanga City at around 7:40 AM of same date, by virtue of search warrant issued by Judge Peter Eisma and Judge Eric Elumba with search warrant nos. 52-15-16 and 37-2016 for violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591 dated March 22, 2016. Seized items include two sachets of suspected shabu, two cellular phones, and several drug paraphernalia for violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591. Confiscated firearms, a hand grenade, illegal drugs, and drug paraphernalia were turned-over to the investigators on case for proper disposition. Suspect is temporarily detained at ZCPS 5 (Divisoria) for proper disposition.

Zamboanga City - Elements of Special Investigation Unit, Zamboanga City Police Station  6 (Tetuan), in coordination with 901st PNP Maritime and 12DRC 1st Infantry Division-Philippine Army, simultaneously implemented five search warrants on March 30, 2016 at about 3:00 AM at Hamilton and Balan Drive of Barangay Tetuan, and three search warrants in Candido Drive, Sunrise Drive of Barangay Talon-Talon, and Canelar-Mampang,in this city. Out of the eight targets, target no. 1 with Search Warrant no. 5-15-16, target no. 3 with Search Warrant No. 3-15-16, target no .4 with Search Warrant No. 4-15-16, target no. 5 with Search Warrant No. 5-15-16, and target no. 8 with Search Warrant No. 60-15-16 yielded positive results and led to arrest of suspects for various violations.

For target no. 1, subject identified as Guilmer Antonio y Quitong, 32, resident of Hamilton Drive, Don Alfaro St., Tetuan,this city was apprehended. Confiscated from him were a jungle bolo, one samurai sword, two cellular phones, one tablet, a power bank, bags, wallet, and six identification cards. For target no. 3, a man identified as Deo Ranlly Bendaniollo y Arieta, 24, resident of Balan Drive, Don Alfaro St., Brgy. Tetuan, was arrested for possession shabu paraphernalia with residue, three small and one medium-sized sachets of suspected shabu, and cash amounting to Php 200.00. Target no. 4 was identified as Pilardo Lozada y Ong a.k.a. “Lalai”, a resident of Balan Drive, Brgy. Tetuan was arrested for for possession of various shabu paraphernalia. Target no. 5 identified as Rodigine Salvador y Candido, 43, resident of Balan Drive, Brgy. Tetuan was arrested in possession of a small sachet of suspected shabu, several shabu paraphernalia, and cash amounting to Php 700.00. Target no. 8 identified as Ukim Jalani y Patin, 63, resident of Canelar Mampang. was arrested in possession of one Norinco caliber .45 pistol with serial no. BA24208-D9-246, two magazine clips, thirty-six cal .45 ammunitions, seven empty caliber .45 shells, and one ammunition plastic tray. Prior to serving of above search warrant, the search warrant of a certain “Basil” a.k.a. “Bas”, and a.k.a “Mujib” and several Jane Does under search warrant numbers 16-2016, 17-2016, and 50-15-16 were served on March 28, 2016, but the targets eluded arrest with only their companions Ricky Amisali y Joe and Pajah Sampang y Kadding caught. This station served  a total of eleven search warrants. Said station is now preparing charges for the inquest case proceedings of the above mentioned suspects.

Maria) served a search warrant for violation of PD 1886 as amended by RA 9284 or the Comprehensive Firearms And Ammunitions Regulation issued by Presiding Judge Peter Eisma of Branch 15 RTC dated March 21, 2016 that resulted in the arrest of Crisanto Vicente Bernardo, 44, resident of Melas Drive, Brgy. San Roque, this city. Confiscated from him were a cal .38 revolver, twelve cal .38 revolver ammunitions, twelve small sachets of suspected shabu, several shabu paraphernalia, eight pieces of “flying feather”, three bolos, two mobile phones. Suspect is temporarily detained at ZCPS 7 (Sta. Maria) for proper disposition.

Maria) served Search Warrant No. 15-15-16 for violation of PD 1886 as amended by RA 9284 or the Comprehensive Firearms And Ammunitions Regulation on March 30, 2016 at about 3:50 AM that resulted in the arrest of suspect Aldrin Inoh Rabina, 30, resident of Galvez Drive, Sta. Maria, this city. Said warrant was issued by Presiding Judge Peter V. Eisma dated March 22, 2016. Confiscated from him were a tic-tac candy container containing used marijuana, one big bottle containing marijuana, one green plastic containing marijuana seeds, and other drug papraphernalia. Suspect is temporarily detained at ZCPS 7 (Sta. Maria) for proper disposition.

Zamboanga City - Elements of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 served the search warrant for violation of PD 1886 as amended by RA 9284 or the Comprehensive Firearms And Ammunitions Regulation on March 30, 2016 at about 2:00 AM  as issued by Presiding Judge Peter Eisma of Branch 15 RTC dated March 22, 2016. This resulted  in the arrest of William Faustino Ramos, 52, resident of Governor Ramos St., Barangay Sta. Maria, this city. Confiscated from him were a Wild Cat (Limcat Custom) TSLB limited 2011 caliber .45 pistol with serial number 127355, one Armscor caliber .45 pistol with serial no. 920024, one colt 1911 series 80 caliber .45 pistol with serial number 2098715, one Armscor 200 cal .38 revolver with serial number 1215, fifty-four cal .38 revolver ammunitions, eight caliber .45 ammunitions, one long magazine for M16, thirty cal 5.56 live ammunitions, one caliber .45 hi-cap magazine, two single column cal .45 magazine, one glock replica pellet gun and one M4 replica pellet gun. Suspect is temporarily detained at ZCPS 7 (Sta. Maria) for proper disposition.

Zamboanga City - Combined personnel of RPSB9, ZCPO-PSC, PDEA, RID9, and ZCPS11 implemented Search Warrant No. 20-15-16 on March 30, 2016 at about 5:20 AM against Al Jainal Alih a.k.a. “Berhamin Jikiri Uddin”, a.k.a. “Mahadali Jainal Maing” and a.k.a. “Jainal Tupay Mahadali”, resident of Suterville, this city for violation of R.A. 10591. The operation resulted in the arrest of Al Jainal Alih and Muhiddin Ismi Hadjirani. Confiscated during the search were a KG-9 rifle with serial no. 297536 with one long magazine, fifteen cal 9mm ammunitions, one Commander 1911 caliber .45 pistol cavalry, with SN: BB0119, four caliber .45 magazine clips, a passport of Berhamin Jikiri Uddin, a driver’s license of Mahadali Jainal Maing, COMELEC ID of Jainal Tupay Mahadali, one sachet of suspected shabu, shabu paraphernalia, cash amounting to Php 100,000.00, and one laptop. Suspects are temporarily detained at ZCPS 8 (Sinunuc) for proper disposition.

Zamboanga City - Combined operatives from RPSB9, ZCPO-PSC, PDEA, RID9 and ZCPS11 implemented Search Warrant Nos. 19-2016 and 22-15-16 on March 30, 2016 at about 5:20 AM which targeted Alsharief Kiram y Sahipa a.k.a. “Abdurasid Kiram” and “Abdulbasit Kiram”, 49, resident of Pitogo, Sinunuc, this city, which resulted in the arrest of the subject person. Confiscated during the search were an M-14 rifle with serial no. 1407260, five M-14 magazine clips, one hundred sixty rounds of cal 7.62mm ammo, one Elisco M16 A1 rifle with serial no. RP101158, thirteen M-16 long magazines, three hundred seventy-two rounds of cal 5.56mm M-16 ammunitions, forty-five cal 9mm rounds, one caliber .45 bullet, two M-14 magazine pouches, and one M-16 magazine pouch. Suspect is temporarily detained at ZCPS 8 (Sinunuc) for proper disposition.

Zamboanga City - Combined elements RPSB9, ZCPO-PSC, PDEA, RID9, and ZCPO-ZCPS11 executed Search Warrant Number 18-2016 on March 30, 2016 at about 5:20 AM against Halim Salasani Hanani, 56, resident of Pitogo, Sinunuc, this city, which resulted in the arrest of the target personality. Confiscated during the search were a large sachet of suspected shabu, seven discarded sachets of suspected shabu, and various shabu paparaphernalia. Suspect is temporarily detained at ZCPS 8 (Sinunuc) for proper disposition.
