No. 1 in Sta. Catalina Drug Watchlist, 4 Pushers Nabbed in Sting Operation

Two alleged drug suspects were collared by operatives of Tetuan Police Station during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City at about 6:10 PM on April 8, 2017. The two arrested suspects were identified as Nurham Maut y Usab, 28, and Sahipa Jimlani y Akmad, 32, both residents of Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City.

Confiscated from them were nine small sachets of shabu, drug paraphernalia, a small pack of marijuana, and buy-bust money. The suspects and the confiscated items are now under police custody.


A female drug suspect was arrested during a drug operation conducted by Sta. Maria Police Station in Brgy. Sta. Cruz Bagsakan, Zamboanga City at around 12:07 AM on April 9, 2017. The suspects were identified as Lilibeth Kuan y Calpis, 49, resident of Brgy. Camino Nuevo. Seized during the operation were four small sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of Php 3,000.00, marked money, and drug paraphernalia. The aforementioned suspect is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 for filling appropriate charges in court.


A 41-year old man was arrested by elements of Labason MPS during a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Lopoc, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:00 AM on April 8, 2017. The arrested man was identified as Manan Japaal Cainta, 41, resident of Barangay Kipit, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte. Confiscated from him were five small sachets of shabu, marked money, and drug paraphernalia. The arrested suspect and the confiscated items were brought to Labason MPS for proper disposition.


A drug personality listed as number one in the priority watch list of Barangay Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City was arrested by operatives of Regional Special Operation Group 9 (RSOG), Regional Drugs Enforcement Unit 9 (RDEU) during a drug buy-bust operation at Sampaguita Drive, Barangay Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga Cityat about 4:10 PM on April 8, 2017. The suspect was identified as Rolly Vailoses Hanio a.k.a. “Kambal”, 42, resident of afore-mentioned place. Confiscated from him were a sachet of suspected shabu and marked money. Said case was filed before the City Prosecutor Office through inquest proceeding registered under NPS No. IX-06-INQ-170-00380. Said suspect is temporarily detained at Tetuan Police Station for proper disposition.
