Swertres Collector Caught by ZCPS11

Zamboanga City - A swertres collector was arrested by members of the Anti-Vice Unit of Zamboanga Central Police Station 11 during an operation against illegal numbers game in Baliwasan seaside at about 8:00 AM on September 23, 2014. Suspect Norberto Rosatase y Areglado was caught collecting bet money for swertres. Other materials such as betting stub and bet money were confiscated from the suspect. Rosatase is detained at ZCPS 11 for proper disposition.
