A Night with Empowered Women of PRO9

Police Regional Office 9 through the Office of Regional Community Affairs Development Division conducted the Culmination Program of Women's Month entitled "A Night with Empowered Women of PRO9" at the PRO9 Multi-purpose Hall, Camp Col. Romeo A Abendan, Mercedes, Zamboanga City last March 29, 2019. The event was graced by the wife of PBGEN EMMANUEL LUIS D LICUP, Mrs. Marjorie P Licup who was the Guest of Honor and Speaker. Members of the Officers' Ladies Club also attended the activity.

The culmination highlighted the gorgeous empowered women of Police Regional Office 9 in their formal attire and evening gowns. Mrs. Licup emphasized that empowerment is a choice and a state of mind. She also added that behind every man's success is a woman.
