ARD PRO9 Oversees Zamboanga Hermosa Festival Security Prep

PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, Acting Regional Director of Police Regional Office 9 was given the traditional arrival honors following his Command Visit to Zamboanga City Police Office Headquarters on September 26, 2018. PCSUPT Licup was warmly welcomed by the personnel of ZCPO headed by its Acting City Director PSSUPT Thomas Joseph Martir.

ARD PRO9 presided the Command Conference of Zamboanga City Police Office at said office and oversaw the security plan and preparation of ZCPO for the upcoming Zamboanga Hermosa Festival and "Ilm Voyage of Alhusna Foundation.
