The PNP PRO9 website (pro9.pnp.gov.ph) was conceptualized and created by ROPD IT personnel in 2007 and has been operational ever since. Currently, the task of maintaining and updating this website is handled by personnel of the Regional IT Office under the supervision of the Regional Chief Directorial Staff.
Through the efforts of various divisions and offices, the contents are published accurately and timely in order to inform the citizens of Zamboanga Peninsula and the global community through the world wide web about the activities of the local police in terms of law enforcement, community relations and other fields. This has enabled PRO9 to reach a larger audience so that its program thrust can be implemented more effectively.
